Terms of Service

1. Service Description

YourBio provides done-for-you professional personal brand website services. Upon purchase and completion of the intake form, we will deliver a complete website within 48 hours.

2. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in USD. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

3. Delivery Timeline

The 48-hour delivery window begins upon submission of the completed intake form, not at the time of payment. Incomplete or unclear intake submissions may delay delivery. We will communicate any delays promptly.

4. Revision Policy

Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds. Essential: 1 revision. Premium: 2 revisions. Signature: 3 revisions. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may be purchased separately.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information in the intake form, responding to review requests within 5 business days, and ensuring they have rights to any content or images provided.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment and approval, you own the rights to your completed website. We retain the right to display your project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our service, refunds are not available once work has begun (after intake form submission). If we fail to deliver within the agreed timeline, we will provide a partial refund at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

YourBio's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
